your User Submission is not, and may not reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially, ethnically, religiously, or otherwise biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership, or corporation, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy;

By submitting a User Submission, you grant to MobileXP an irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide, license (sublicensable through multiple tiers) to (a) use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Submissions (or any modification thereto), in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed and (b) use (and permit others to use) your User Submission in any manner and for any purpose (including, without limitation, commercial purposes) that MobileXP deems appropriate in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, to incorporate your User Submission or any modification thereto, in whole or in part, into any technology, product, or service).

When you register to open an account anywhere on the MobileXP Website, or when you contact MobileXP through the MobileXP Website for the purpose of receiving products or services, MobileXP may collect certain personal information about you. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (and, for as long as you continue to use your MobileXP Website account, to update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete).
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MobileXP Website account and password. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify MobileXP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security related to the MobieXP Website. MobileXP will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
MobileXP may terminate, suspend, or modify your registration with, or access to, all or part of the MobileXP Website, without notice, at any time and for any reason. You may discontinue your participation in and access to the MobileXP Website at any time. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use the MobileXP Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Content (and any copies thereof).
Access to MobileXP Website granted under other separately executed agreements by MobileXP and you shall supersede the terms contained in this section.

You may not modify, alter, republish, redistribute, resend, sell, broadcast or derive another work from any Content from the MobileXP Website, if without our prior written permission.
As between you and MobileXP, MobileXP owns the MobileXP Website. The MobileXP Website is protected under Chinese and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of the MobileXP Website may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The MobileXP trademark, designation, logo, image, product name and type, Website name, domain name and the derivatives all belong to MobileXP or its Affiliates, and protected by Chinese and/or foreign copyright laws. No logo, graphic, sound, or image owned by MobileXP may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted in writing by MobileXP.
You may download, view, copy, and print Content from MobileXP Website subject to the following: (a) the Content may be used solely for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes; and (b) the Content may not be modified or altered in any way. You many not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, or distribute any information, text, graphic or other types of Content from MobileXP Website in whole or in part without the express written authorization of MobileXP or other copyright owners.
5. Notice Specific to Software and Documents Available on this Website

Any software or document that is made available to download from this Website ("Document" and "Software") is the copyrighted work of MobileXP, its affiliates and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). The software is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the License Agreement.
