MS7630 chipset, is a global universal solution to create mobile phone chip, with advanced 3G technology and economical-effective mobile handheld devices, which support: EV-DO Rev. B and WCDMA (UMTS) / HSPA + (14 Mbps DL and 5.76 Mbps UL) / GSM / GPRS / EDGE.
